Welcome to IndiHunt! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IndiHunt website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

Your Content

You may submit product launches, co-maker details, comments, discussions, text, files, images, and other materials to the Platform ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform and our business operations.

Content Moderation & Rules

You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense.

Our content moderation system checks all submitted text for violations. If your text violates our standards, it will be blocked. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of IndiHunt or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included software without our written consent.

4. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. If your account is terminated, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INDIHUNT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INDIHUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IndiHunt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
